昨日、シラスで「人工知能と人類の魂の危機」を１２０分やった。人工知能の爆発的な進化によって、人間の仕事が奪われるということがOxford論文などで強調されるが、本当に深刻なのは、人間がその存在意義を失う、あるいは変質せざるを得ないことだと思う。

ChatGPTのようなLLMが登場して、グーグルで検索するようにやりとりする分にはいいが、本来自分が書くべき文章をかわりに書かせるということになると、根本的なところで人間性の価値、尊厳が毀損される側面がでてくると思う。

私のこのツイートは一字一句自分で書いている。今後もAIを使う予定はない。自分の今までの経験や、資質、その時の環境から、一期一会で生まれる文字列に意味があると思うからである。LLMから吐き出される文字列にはそのようなパーソナルなタッチはない。

今後、文字列、絵画、音楽など、さまざまな分野でAIを使うことが当たり前になってくると、「道具は身体性の一部になっていく」という一般則により、人間の身体性が変質していく。そのことで、人間の魂の危機（emergency）がもたらされることになるだろう。

危機（emergency）は、創発（emergence）につながっていく。仕事を奪われるというリスクよりも、生成系人工知能の発達によって「人間」のあり方が根底から変わっていってしまうという事態の方が、今後の人類のあり方を考える上で私には関心がある。とりあえず、私は文章は自分で書き続けたいと思う。
