「根拠がない自信」というのは、とにかく何がなんでも前に進む力で、現代的な文脈においては「グリット」に近い。自分がやっていることや、その内容、具体的な文脈についてはむしろ悩んで自信がなくて揺れている人の方が遠くにいける。自信がなくてもとにかく前に進むのが根拠のない自信である。
